With Host'lik, you enjoy total protection. Our contract explicitly states that Host'lik assumes full responsibility for the property's operation. In the event of property damage, disputes with a tenant, or any incident related to the apartment's occupation (neighbors, local authorities, etc.), we handle everything. The owner is contractually released from any liability regarding what happens inside the property throughout the duration of our management.
